Our dear friends The Hilton Brothers are touring Stockholm, West Sweden and Skåne this week and we had them to do their own meatballs at Hotel Skeppsholmen in Stockholm the other day.

Even people who don’t know much about Swedish food will probably at least have heard of, or tried, the great dish that is Swedish meatballs.
